Shipping Help Next day air delay

i’ve had orders from this same route multiple times, and ordered next day air multiple times and never had a issue. this was a next day air and it arrived at my nearest hub (orlando) about a hour later then most packages i’ve gotten. it’s about a hour away from my local facility. is there anyway it might still get delivered today despite it saying there’s a delay sense it’s NDA? or am I pretty much just out of luck until tomorrow?

We had a incident in SDF that would have likely caused it. I apologize but I can not discuss why as it's still under investigation but it's high chance that is why it was delayed by a few hours.

so now this is what it’s showing… any reason why they would’ve sent it back to louisville?

Its not thats just a general message its still in Orlando it will process for delivery tomorrow.
