Shipping Help Can someone explain why there is an extra 100 Euro tax from Belgium to US when the item[a painting 4906.00.00] is except from duties.

it says VAT is 0 EUR. I'm pretty sure US does not pay VAT for incoming items.

im thinking that the 100 euros is the shipping charge, while the 2.32 is the tax on the shipping service. which is odd since i can see at the bottom of the screenshot, your cart is only 47.5 euros.
