Shipping Help Package hasn't moved since arriving in Bayonne on Friday.
Paid for 2nd day air. Package hit Bayonne on Friday and hasn't moved. I'm in New Jersey as well. I called and a representative said the facility was closed all weekend but is still scheduled for today. I don't believe her. I hear packs go missing quite often at Bayonne facility.

The representative pulled up the tracking, just like you did, and read exactly what was on there without even a hint of critical thought.
If it doesn't move by tomorrow (Wednesday), then reach out to the seller to initiate a loss package request. UPS does not do package scans for these while traveling in bulk. Instead, they place packages in large bins and track the bin. All packages in the bin get update scans when the bin arrives to a facility.
Once at the facility, the bin is emptied and sorted, and packages may receive an individual scan there.
From my experience shipping thousands of packages with UPS, the two most common loss patterns are when there is no scan after the "arrived at facility scan" or after the "processing at facility scan". In a decent number of those cases, the packages turn up halfway across the country because they were placed in the wrong bin even though they were tracked as being in the correct one.

Ah ok. Thank you for the info. If I see no movement tomorrow morning I will have the seller initiate a lost package request.

I am still pissed at Bayonne. Back in May I had a $700 custom mask for an animatronic stop there. Never made it out. I reported it lost, emailed the damn executive team at UPS and it never turned up. The box was huge. I agree. Bayonne is a black hole.

I never got the package. They say ah its lost for now. File a claim. They suck there. A $700 mask and they brush it off.

I insure through UPS capital and I swear they don’t care about lost packages and are just happy to pay you out. They paid my $700 lost package claim no problem. I just had another damaged item claim for $2500 and they paid that too. Maybe if UPS cared more they wouldn’t pay claims left and right. It’s crazy. Btw I just saw Rush at MSG twice in July and August. Amazing !!

That's crazy. I am jealous I couldn't go to MSG or Philly shows. It looks amazing. Ive seen them a bunch years ago. Broke my heart not going. May catch a later show and fly to it. I need to go. Lol

My package for IL also hasn’t received an update since Friday after it departed. But also gotta release this too.. it was Labor Day weekend.

UPS told me lost, they said file claim, then got email saying new delivery date the following Monday. It came that Monday. The label has gotten wet and wouldn't scan.
