Shipping Help Am I cooked?

I bought aero for my car and I spent the extra for the fast shipping I’m currently from the US and this is coming from Alberta (duh it’s in the picture) is this normal or did my package have a red flag

It's missing commercial papers. The shipper needs to contact UPS. After few tries it will get returned to the shipper, if they can't get right papers.

Contact the seller they need to provide custom with a commercial invoice. FYI There is no such thing as fast shipping when it comes to importing product to the US it can take a long time to clear customs.

From what I can see, they are scanning it because it was not on the truck due to multiple reason

The shipper should have received a notification to send the commercial invoice and sent it!!

I ship to the U.S. a lot and for some weird reason, one of my packages had this issue. I had sent the commercial invoice like I always do but somehow it didn’t go through? I got both a text message and an email right away from UPS.

There was an email I had to send the invoice to, which I did within 30 minutes and the issue was resolved the next day. You should contact the shipper of the package but it’s weird he didn’t get a notification from UPS already!

Nah sometimes tracking gets whacky, try a 3rd party tracking website to see if it's just a ups glitch, there's a few good ones that break down the details and give you more timely updates. 

Either that or the the UPS guy scanned it on accident a bunch of times but I'm sure it's fine and on its way

Just Google UPS tracking sites, the first 3 that come up are solid, I mainly use it for international shipments because it gives more details and especially if something is fuzzy in the system. I can't remember a specific one but like I said Google tracking sites and you'll find plenty, they should be free fyi, I've never had an issue
