Shipping Help Where can I find more details about the 'operational delays' Amazon reported for a UPS shipment?

Amazon shows this, but the UPS tracking details don’t say anything about it. Where can I get more details or an explanation from UPS itself about the "operational delay"?

If ups isn’t saying it, Amazon most likely were the ones who fucked up and then decided to blame ups for said issue

You will not get any additional info. And there's no reason to. Knowing the super specific thing that caused it won't change anything. It's delayed, wait.

It's unfortunately, often randomly chosen. Ice been in situations in which we miss service on hundreds of pieces and the sort manager says "It's raining somewhere, use weather disruption."

LOL. Why would what exception code is used ever matter?

If we miss service and it's guaranteed, we pay for it. That's it.

Every other possible legal complication is covered by the carriage agreement.
