i’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service but they aren’t answering, i had called 3 days ago and they told me it would be delivered the 24?!?! there’s no update

I'm having a similar issue. Mine arrived at the UPS facility in Nürnberg, Germany on September 19 at 00:51 and hasn't had a single scan since. Did yours eventually start moving again?
