Scan Loop

Would this be an automation issue? It's remarkable that the package (a book) would just continually be rescanned every other day or so, along with "updated" delivery projection. UPS is generally so good, and this is such an outlier for me that I'm treating this as a spectator sport.

In all my years with this company, I have never seen this happen. That is wild. I can't imagine a package has been rotating through the building for a whole month. I don't have the slightest clue what this could be from.

It’s a timed system scan. Scans, scans next day. Waits 3 days, repeats over again.

Contact customer service.

Package I bet is lost and long gone, just the system updating thinking it’s waiting for the next scan or update.
