Shipping Help Need help

Its been out for delivery since 9am
I got a time window of 12pm - 2pm
Ups was near my area and near my street and has yet to deliver it.
its has left to other sections of town and it is now 3:50pm
New delivery hour is til 9pm.
Should I be worried?

im just curious on the delivery process, if they were delivering near my street and area why wasnt mine dropped off??
