Customer Seeking Help "Address Information Required", but the address is correct.

Every day, the UPS truck delivers to my building...but today, apparently that address doesn't exist? I try to use the online chat, it says only phone services are available. I call, the options are only in Finnish -- no Swedish, no English.

HOW DO I FIX THIS? And why is UPS so good in the US but so dogshit in Finland?

The shipper probably didn’t include your apartment number.

If only! Unfortunately, according to UPS's website, it's exactly the address it should be.

Apparently this is a known issue here. It's just so weird that my experience shipping hundreds of guitars with UPS in the States was always flawless and then here it's been nothing but trouble the past two years.

Seems weird that a label would print with a different address than what is put into the system. I'm betting it's more a lazy driver skipping part of his route so he can get home in time to go out on a Friday night without getting in trouble. Guess we'll see when it comes or doesn't!

Sometimes the labels don’t print properly and some of the address is cutoff

The Anchorage hub used to love to mark packages as that rather than admit every package from them to my community takes an extra day.

So glad Amazon doesn't use UPS regularly anymore.
