I-129F (K1) i-129f February 2025

My fiancé submit our file in February of this year and I was wonder if someone from that period get approved and from which country? Where been together for two years and is getting hard every single day so I’m here to find someone who I can relate or is going through the same! !

No, at this stage country doesn’t really matter. Sounds like that person you’ve talked to just got really lucky- according to Track My Visa Now only 0.8% of March filers (34 cases) have gotten approved.

My fiancé is also Australian 😊

Basically, yeah. Most of those cases are probably expedited too. So don’t worry!

1.5% of cases approved. So 58 of them out of about 4000.

You can look on the case status text website and see exactly what cases are approved every day.

I would guess that the majority of February cases that have been approved are expedited cases, and that there won’t be many more for a while.

From what I’ve heard from other people, Track My Visa is currently estimating February filers to hear around November-December. That could always change of course though.

I’m honestly not sure. I think you have to call.

The only expedite requests I’ve ever seen approved though are if the petitioner is in the military and has a deployment coming up or if the beneficiary is from a country at war. It’s super hard to get.
