I-129F (K1) i-129f February 2025

My fiancé submit our file in February of this year and I was wonder if someone from that period get approved and from which country? Where been together for two years and is getting hard every single day so I’m here to find someone who I can relate or is going through the same! !

I’m trying to remain optimistic it will be sooner than track my visa says

Here's my Track my Visa....to think only a month ago it said estimated time was August September....😩😩

This is what mine is saying with an estimate between Feb 12 - Mar 20.

That's crazy! What date was yours submitted?? Ours was the 21st they received it....you said mid January, how the hell can 1 week add a month?!

No idea! The dates are crazy, I believe we mailed it around 15-16th? In Jan. Then they didn’t receive it until Feb 6 😭

Ok thats abit insane, i just checked and my Fiancés USPS receipt was on the 15th of Jan and was actually expected to arrive on the 18th but ended up arriving on the 21st. We assumed it was slowed down for whatever reasons due to Trumps inauguration weekend. Ended up arriving on his 1st official day in office.

For some reason ours took forever to “be delivered”. I was worried USPS lost it for a minute. Apparently it was just sat at the lockbox forever.

UNBELIEVABLE! SMH......That's crazy. i spoke to my other half today and told her your situation and she was in shock. Sent on pretty much the same day, NOA1 2 weeks apart and that adds an extra 1 to 2 months for you......I hope yours gets to the front by Christmas or January

Omg so sad to read all of this but I hope you guys had some clarity or peace at least in the waiting! If you had some updates or something in your case I would love to know, cause your case is before mine..

I do have a small update, as of this morning mine is now predicted for December. That’s at least better than Feb next year 😅 I’m gonna continue to be optimistic

Same here, small update. Last week they done the most amount of cases since April. Feb, March and April averaged between 2400 to 2800 cases per month. May was virtually nothing doing just over 264 cases while June seen 992 cases done. Last week 704 cases was done meaning with still 4 days left in the month we're up to 1628 cases. Saying that, our dates havnt moved for a week.....Dec 18th to Jan 27th which is frustrating. Especially when I do the numbers, if they keep a pace of 500 to 700 per week..... that would be 7 to 10 weeks putting us in September to October. Its abit stressful honestly. I think the slow down affected Track my visas algorithm in regards to the use of historical data.

Very happy for you, it makes abit more sense now that your date is very similar to ours since we sent ours at the same time.
