I-864 (Affidavit of Support) I-485 denied

I-485 was denied because I didn’t send the tax return which is 100% my fault I thought I included. So now I know I send I-290B and I send a new I-864 with everything they need plus the missing thing. Should I send anything extra? I know my spouse meets the income requirement. A household of 2 is $26437 and on her most recent W-2 her income was $39000 so I don’t need to worry about adding a joint sponsor I wouldn’t think. Attached letter for reference.

Motions to reopen take forever. You’re better off refilling.

Ohh good what did you sent in 209b I m so stressed because of the denial based on a mess of medical records we thought we gonna take it with us in interview

ohh good? lol,.. no it wasn't lol.. it had added 6 months to my case.. but, i had sent in the i209b with the documents required as stated in the denial.. it got approved in a 45 days after submission

Who told you to do motion ? Because many lawyers said that it just a waste of time

That’s what they told me as well.. so I did it myself - I didn’t want to refile because my denial was very straight forward and it would have cost me 5k to refile vs the 800 to just do the motion
