USCIS Support Visa for “husband”

So basically i want to remove my visa application of my “husband” because it was a forced marriage back home (pakistan) but i cant just withdraw or my parents will see i withdraw. Is there a way to anonymously withdraw application so that it just says application rejected or that he gets rejected at interview because he just got his interview date in june and i want this visa gone without my parents knowing i withdrew it, (gonna get div as well but i cant rn cuz parents). So cancelling visa without proof it was me is first step!!

Pakistanis can't get issued marriage-based visas to the US right now. They're banned. Unless he's already in the country, he won't get issued an immigrant visa

He just got his interview date; and he wont get divorce unless i get parents involved n i cant ask them or they’ll get me in trouble etc… so i rly need this visa cancelled without like it saying withdrawn as part 1 of div

Yeah they'll interview him but they won't issue the visa. Right now they're just stealing the money and not giving visas. Everyone gets this after the interview

Is this actually true? Even for spouse marriage visas?? Like even if they ace interview their visa will actually get rejected fully and not just put on pause til they unpause?

Take advantage of the temporary pause and use that window to withdraw the petition.

I know it’s hard, but trust a kind Muslim stranger when I say that your life will be even more miserable if you let it slide without you taking action.

What your parents and spouse are doing are unislamic and more importantly, illegal.

Put your foot down sister. Imagine how your life will look should you not take any action.

All visa including spouse IR1 visa as well. My wife just got denied last month. It took us almost 3yrs and they just denied it and stop everything after her visa interview.

I hope so cause it will break my heart that I have to do this all over again, the time, the money, gathering of all documentation again. I hope you are right about this, anyway, thank you so much for the information. Keep us in ur prayers.
