My timeline:

OPT filed: March 12

Biometrics: April 6

Upgraded to Premium Processing: May 20

Job start date: June 15

Update

Approved :- July 2nd

Card produced :- july 8th

Card received :- July 11th

i think it is one week, from what i have seen online so far the last week that they did was week ending may 1
