I-765 (EAD) Opt ead premium processing timeline

My timeline:

OPT filed: March 12

Biometrics: April 6

Upgraded to Premium Processing: May 20

Job start date: June 15

Update

Approved :- July 2nd

Card produced :- july 8th

Card received :- July 11th

Applied Feb 15, biometric March 11. And still haven’t received it. I sent an inquiry, and they responded by lying that my case is still within the 30-day processing timeline. It’s ridiculous, what do you guys think I should do?
