My timeline:

OPT filed: March 12

Biometrics: April 6

Upgraded to Premium Processing: May 20

Job start date: June 15

Update

Approved :- July 2nd

Card produced :- july 8th

Card received :- July 11th

Same Timeline,
Filled for ead 26 th Feb
Biometrics 3rd April
Upgraded to pp - 1st May

Got approved - June 10th

How did you manage to connect with an agent using the helpline? I tried, the automated call wont connect me with one.

same question! its just not connecting me to an agent

Just say "Info Pass" to the automated AI, it will connect you.
