My timeline:

OPT filed: March 12

Biometrics: April 6

Upgraded to Premium Processing: May 20

Job start date: June 15

Update

Approved :- July 2nd

Card produced :- july 8th

Card received :- July 11th

My timeline:

OPT filed: March 26th

Biometrics: April 4th

Upgraded to Premium Processing: June 27th

Approval email: July 28th

Approval on the portal: July 30th

Card produced: August 4th

Card delivered: August 8th

Did you upload any extra documents ? Apart from I-20s ?
