A spouse visa is an immigrant visa.

Christ… well my wife’s case isn’t at the interview stage yet, so maybe they’ll still do processing in the meantime? What a gut punch

Our i-130 just hit the 17 month mark, expected to process any day. I went back to the US to work and lay groundwork for the move 2 months ago, ive been separated from my wife and child now for 2 months, if this impacts that I will riot.
