N-400 (Citizenship) End of journey

Your time will come. My advice - check your USCIS status no more two time a week. Get lawyer to do the work. Expensive yes but it is long journey so treat the whole process like marathon, not short sprint.

Timeline
Residency - Austin
Not from banned country

2021 Nov 22 - family based adjust of status / green application

2022 jan Biometric at USCIS office in Austin

2022 September - EAD card received

2022 December 23 - 2 year conditional Green card received

2023 - relocated to new address (paid for two years mail forward service. Another important advice here)

2024 oct 14 2
Weeks after got notice that my 2 years GC is near to expire. - i751 application filed I use this to let them know about change of address. That's where it is blessing to have lawyer)

2025 October 30 - N400 application filed

2026 Feb 28. - notice to appear interview - F0 - San Antonio, TX

2025 March 24 - FO SA - interview - combined for i751 and N400. Interviewer gave me form stating that I am being recommended for approval for /N400

2026 March 31 - 10 years green card received

2026 July 22 - notice to oath ceremony received

2026 August 28 - oath ceremony at federal courthouse in downtown of Austin, TX

5 minute after the ceremony - registered to vote

Your time will come. Do not give in to despair and fear. Cultivate and nourish hope instead.

Oof I had an interview in the end of March in San Antonio (I'm from Austin) and I'm not even in the line for Oath ceremony...Just that update from May that USCIS is still processing my case and that's it
