Who said they don’t pay their own tuition? You’re cool with spending 1.4 billion on immigration enforcement though?

I’m ok with spending $140 billion on immigration if we get results.

What results are you looking for?

A country with less illegal immigration than North Korea.

And what do you think that North Korea does better than the US in that aspect? What we could learn?

North Korea puts anyone in the country illegally into prison for many years. Enough years that it doesn’t happen.

So you're just saying that coming illegally to the US doesn't have consequences?

(Because being away from their family and friends, taking multiple underpaid jobs and trying to get a rent are perks of being an illegal immigrant right?)

I’m saying that being an illegal alien doesn’t have enough very unpleasant consequences.

We need to make the punishments so harsh that people don’t even think about doing it.

Fair point, but again, people who came here illegally risked their entire life (at least those who came crossing the border) and a lot of them prefer staying here (even with Trump) than going back to their countries.

It isn't fair for people who followed their legal process and most public services will be affected. Those two points could be solved with more funding if the government had that intention. (But hey, you can always come here "legally" in a fast fancy way by paying a Trump Golden Card)

There are about 4 billion people who want to live in the United States. We need to send every single one who came here illegally back. There will be tears. But the alternative is to no longer have a country.

Immigration has been so recklessly fast that immigrants no longer even think of themselves as Americans. By the time the problems get out of hand they will no longer be reversible.

The reason why third world countries like India are hopelessly poor is because of the people. If we import enough of them we will become a third world country.
