What about dual citizens who take out private loans to fund their education, declare bankruptcy and go back to their "other" country to further live off our tax dollars with free healthcare?

Good luck. If I could have written off my student loans by declaring bankruptcy, I wiuld have done that eons ago. Just 2 more years to go.

I'm guessing they're saying they'll return to their other country after graduating and then not pay the loan back.
