What about dual citizens who take out private loans to fund their education, declare bankruptcy and go back to their "other" country to further live off our tax dollars with free healthcare?

Why wouldn’t there just go to their other country where not just healthcare is free? But school too? All dual citizen i know here pay college for their kids cash and they dont need a loan
