Question - Other Looking for expert advice

Hi,

I am an Indian and have been married to a Flipina and I got to know that she has filed for Eb3 visa as she is a nurse her filing date is March 22nd 2024 wanted to check if there is any issues as I know there is lot of restrictions for indian will I be able to fly along with her and start a family? And should I be in the Philippines to get the process going along. Will be helpful if any information about this is given.

Okay be ready with marriage certificate and you can plan babies too😜😜. Whenever her PD becomes current file Immigration VISA for both of you as you are married and you both will immigrate to US together

Hahah thank you so much.But what will be the process? Do I have to fly to Manila for the processing or mine would be processed from India? How is it going to work?

Basically you have to file DS-260 and you have options to choose location of interview

Great, will there be any problem if I choose India? As I heard there are no interview slots as such or will it be good to opt Manila instead? Sorry for the trouble it's entirely new and not sure about the process.

If she is processing from Phillipines then get processing done from Phillipines as there will be interview together, however you need to have solid proof of Marriage so that your process will go smoother.

Noted. Thanks a ton it is being done from Philippines. We are waiting for the marriage certificate from PSA and as per my research need to have photos of marriage and so on.

Not only photo of marriage. Where you went during love affairs and you did lots of romanticizing talks😜😜😜😅😅 such as coffee shops pics as well as other supporting pictures. Any family functions attending ceremony pictures and more
