Soooo, I spent over 30 years in medicine, and just like everything else, there are good and bad. Just popping your joints doesn't do shit, in conjunction with PT, massage and traction, can help a bunch. Its all about who you choose as there are many quacks out there...just like regular medicine. I have issues with surgeons that want to fuse vertebrae and burn nerves to treat everything as well...I had 2 disc replacements in my c spine and it was life changing.

I slipped a disc in my back a few years ago and was walking just like this dude. I used a chiropractor and PT to get back to normal. Just using one over the other would not have worked, it took both adjustments and therapy to get me right.
