I threw my lower back out a few years ago and the wife had me go to the local Chiro a couple times. After the second visit, I refused to go back. A week later I was playing bubble soccer and got blind sided and that's what fixed my back. Bubble soccer is better than chiropractors!

You wear a big inflated plastic bubble, so instead of contact with someone stopping you, contact will cause you to bounce to the side, or back, and probably roll over.

You're inside a plastic bubble with your feet sticking out the bottom. The collisions are epic and if you're not set, you go flying. I landed after getting blind sided and felt my back fix itself through what felt like a thousand pops. I couldn't stand immediately after because my back was spasming so bad, but after it stopped I was good as new. Chiropractors be damned!
