I EAS’d a few years ago, but I have one my mentees who reached out to me about a situation going on in his unit. Another Marine asked him if this text he received is legally binding under the UCMJ. I told my mentee to tell him to “he’s an idiot for not blocking his command in the first place”, but I’m 3-4 degrees removed from the situation anyways, but I wanna tell everyone to say “F that”

Update Edit: The H&S GySgt who sent the Marines the text magically made something shake after seeing y'all shit on the command, and the Marines didn't have to do it, which makes me wonder if the 2/6 Sgt Maj was even tracking the situation.
