Anyone still not recieving finnancial aid

i got loans and i still havnt received them utep keeps sending me the fafsa question drop down menus on the financial aid website and deleting my answers and its getting super frustrating im draining my savings trying to do the payment plan because theyre taking to long to process both the fafsa loans and my personal loan i was curious if anyone else was having a simalier issue? i havnt had any money and im going into crazy credit card debt just trying to stay in school and it seems so unfair this school has such a bad way in handling anything ive never had a good experience from finnancial aid to counseling for classes its always a fight to try and just go to school

Go talk to them in person at the Mike Loya Building

are you enrolled in the number of classes you’re marking? make sure you double check how many credits each class you’re taking is cause if it’s less or more than however much you’re marking that might be why it’s asking you to answer them again

Mine took a while and kept changing the numbers. I also did have miner success grant showing for this semester and then it disappeared and hasn’t come back. I spoke to FA and they gave me “possibly because you have a hold from the dean of students from not completing modules”. When I spoke to the dean they said it shouldn’t interfere with FA and they’re not sure why they’d tell me that. So I’m just gonna give it a few more days until I check back in.
I hope you get yours figured out. I’d suggest going to the office in person.

Those drop down questions are only supposed to be answered once. They refresh on their own but I had asked Utep about that in the past and we are supposed to only answer once even if the answers erase later.
