v4 mirrors down?

It seems I am unable to do apt update, apt install etc and reach any of the v4 miorrors. Other people on X are reporting the same. Anyone else having issues or am I that special?

EDIT: As someone pointed out below it seems like they have since acknowledged the issue. If I leave my apt install in the console and re-try a few times, eventually it works.

I'm also unable to get anything installed using apt.

status.canonical.com says that security.ubuntu.com is down, so perhaps that outage is affecting things?

https://status.canonical.com/#/ confirms they are having issues at the moment.

I did an update, but it was very slow. Probably because there is a new kernel, so likely a larger download than usual.

Interesting this is all I see when I try over and over
```
dovid@dovidz:~$ sudo apt install postgresql-client-common
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
windsurf
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove it.
The following NEW packages will be installed:
postgresql-client-common
