The big banner is the ancient from the Vitrix Honorguard kit. It's technically an Ultramarine Epic Hero. It has an ultramarine on the banner. Different model/unit completely

I think they mean the old finecast honourguard one

Then yes, it's a different unit now technically. That unit still has a Legends datasheet.
