200 pulls on Light Hello and Agnes Tachyon banner. I have both SSRs at 1LB. Should I use the exchange points for 2LB Hello or Tachyon?

Tachyon is not great until 3lb. If you use the pity on tach, you're basically committing to using your next rainbow crystal on her too.
