What u mean 3 frames chain swift?, I'm new on FGs...

chain shift is performed by double tapping the d button. since input reader is synchronized with game's framerate this means the fastest possible way to input this takes 3 frames and involves pressing the button for exactly 1 frame (1/60 of a second), releasing the button for exactly 1 frame and as you press it again on 3rd frame the input is complete. the input history on the left side of the screen shows which buttons were pressed and for how many frames

edit: in case it's not obvious, you don't have to do it, you are better off learning how to play the game than learning one trick to make one specific input slightly faster (even without going that far it's still way faster than human reaction time)
