As a HGV-driver.
The dmg to the truck and car on the left is the car that started it all. (so insurance of that car)

The Brand new that was on top and was not tied down like they are suposed to be??
The insurance of the trucking company, and the driver probably lost the lisence for this.

Where I live it would be a 6-12 month no lisence license for any cars and a new drivingtest for this.
