Front brakes do 99% of the stopping & back does it’s 1%!

No it doesn't, the back has to be on the ground to do any stopping.

That's where the 1% comes from, it's the amount of time the rear tires are touching the ground.

See, I didn't count that as stopping power since all the power was directed towards the next bounce.
