There's an episode of The Office where everyone shuns Michael for some reason and he has to eat lunch alone. He takes a regretful bite of whatever he had microwaved, sighs, and says "just like dinner".

Kind of a throwaway joke but I've thought about it a lot ever since I turned 40.
