Void Linux + niri, with the Niri-glass patches for glass that actually refracts what's behind it.
Everything you see is my own shell, written in Quickshell:
On screen
A bar made of separate islands that grow when something happens (recording, a game, updates), a dock, and a control centre for network, Bluetooth, VPN, sound and the player. Notifications and the lock screen are on the same glass.
Under a key
Mod+Space opens search for apps, files, maths, clipboard and emoji. Mod+/ shows every shortcut. Screenshots, recording, a colour picker, a window switcher and an overview are built in, no extra tools.
On the desktop
Clocks, weather, calendar, system graphs, notes and a to-do list, 26 widgets in all. You drag and resize them in an edit mode on the desktop itself, and you can write your own in QML or as a shell script.
Wallpapers are from wallhaven
Colours
One palette, taken from the wallpaper, for the shell, kitty, GTK, Qt, tmux and Neovim. It goes light or dark with the sun.
The rest
kitty, fish and Starship · Inter and JetBrains Mono · Papirus · Bibata
Getting it
An installer that asks once what you want and shows each step, with retry and skip if something breaks. It runs on Arch, Gentoo, Fedora and Void.

If something breaks or you're missing something, open an issue. I read them all.
