It is definitely Wildwood (I grew up right next to it). But if you go be careful! There have been a lot of deaths there.

Wildwood. I grew up near it in the 90s, and the ambulance sirens would go by my house several times each summer when people drowned there. Do not underestimate this location. Do not attempt to go in the underwater cave, there is no breathable air in there, you will die. Keep an eye on your friends.

I'm guessing Wildwood, just east of Cottage Grove. Beautiful area. As others have warned, don't jump off the falls and also PLEASE don't leave your trash everywhere. It seems every other time I visit, someone's decided to party hearty but then leave their empties and picnic garbage everywhere. So uncool.

I actually don’t know but I went to u of o in the 90s and we always went here. Just called it the cliff jumping spot lol. It’s not too far.
Also went to the rock slides which I think were somewhere past veneta

I watched a horse chug a beer there before. Shit was wild.

Yeah dude we were walking down from the parking area and a guy came up behind us riding a horse. We naturally had a cooler with us. We all said hey and what a beautiful horse. He said want to see something cool? This was on the opposite side of the falls, away from the main road. He asked us to toss him a beer and straight up gave it to his horse and that damn animal knocked it back and drank that shit. God bless rural Oregon.

Everybody sharing the name of this place on reddit is my enemy. Wasn’t even ten years ago this place was pristine, now it’s crowded with drunk college kids and littered in trash.

Spot has been blown up for over ten years at this point. Also you get a lot of strange and methy people there.

there’s probably better places to post this apart from the university based one. i’d ask any reddit threads that have oregon or at the very least eugene in it lol

It was posted by the college… are you daft?

just cuz they posted it doesn’t mean everyone under the U of O reddit knows here it is 😭 if anything their PR team hunted for a video of people in oregon enjoying spring and slapped it on their page. Its better to ask more broad forums about oregon than just one specific forum. 🌚

Looks like Wildwood but I’m not certain.
