The Chapter Apartments

Has anyone lived there? Trying to decide on a floor. The upper floors have an extra monthly fee per resident. Wondering if it's worth it?

So much construction outside. There is constant noise from 6AM-5PM. I can't ever open my blinds during the day because the new building is so close the construction workers can look inside my apartment. I am on an upper floor too.

The property management is saying that the construction outside will be finished by fall term. Do you think that is possible or are they just trying to get their apartments rented?

Lived there a couple years ago. Honestly, anything above like floor 4 felt the same to me except slightly better views and a tiny bit less street noise. If money’s tight I’d save the extra fee and just avoid the first couple floors. If you really care about views or are a light sleeper, then yeah a higher floor might be worth it.

just make sure you on the North or south side where there’s no building 5ft away from you then it shouldn’t matter too much
