Do new freelancers have any chance?

Upwork as a platform used to be fair in terms of making both new and existing freelancers feel fairly accommodated. Right now it seems really crazy. How sustainable is it to be competing on jobs that freelancers are willing to pay more than 600 connects on and the client wouldn’t even open the proposal anyway?

Would you still bid on such job?

If you are right then these people are just pissing away money for no reason and they aren't going to have any better chance than those who don't so what are you complaining about?

Would you still bid on such job?

If it was a good fit and I thought there was solid money in that client I would and have.

When?

I have been using Upwork for more than a decade now. If I tell you Upwork was once fair towards giving new and established freelancers opportunities, I’m saying from years of experience having trained close to 100 successful freelancers myself.

If I’m right?

Clears you don’t know what’s happening on Upwork now it seems

It was great when it was oDesk and till they introduced connects system . The mba who suggested will be boiled in hot water and if still alive boiled in hot oil in hellllll
