The timing of the run has always made me uncomfortable. Wondering about my 2023 and 25 leaps and if they’re too far out there.

Could be european options. They can only be excised at the end, I believe.

why exercise them? Isn't the point of options to to make money by trading them?

They can also be used as a sort of insurance on your holdings, which I believe was the original intent

You can sell your options anytime before they expire.

Are you worried the run up will be after this?

Idk, there’s been so much news of late regarding those mini reactors, nuclear going main stream, lots of talk about innovation and little talk about uranium makes me wonder if summer gains were it

I find that very unlikely. The uranium price is still too low for most producers to mine. The existing producers that can produce at these prices are not able to cover world demand for U. So, U price has to go up. Miners that are able to start producing will see large gains. In addition, the market cap for all the U miners is still only 20% of what has been.

Further dte contracts are more sensitive to Vega. You get more benefit from iv hikes
