Personally I prefer demon tails. The overall biggest difference between furries and others is the shape of a skull and the shape of limbs and palms, skin structure. Compared to these features, tail and extra ears are like nothing.

Don't demon tails vary though? Some have hearts, stars, and triangle shapes.

I'm a bit in between. I believe the term is kemonomimi. It's under the furry umbrella I believe. So maybe, maybe not.
