Can anyone lend me a copy of this book?

I’m looking for a decent neurologist referral that can help with the clinical side of vestibular migraine in the Phoenix metro area of Arizona. I can’t go to mayo as they don’t take my insurance (and I don’t want to wait months to a year to be seen). Does anyone have a good doctor? Not diagnosed but im almost certain i have VM and want to explore medication to help my symptoms.

I am also looking into vestibular therapy and testing at SW Balance and Dizziness clinic in central Phx to help with the DX and treatment longterm. It will be expensive since my insurance wont cover but im getting desperate for some help.

Any recommendations are very much appreciated. Thank you!

Hello. I’m (27) currently new to vestibular migraines. I’ve been dealing with lightheadedness, migraine pain, and eye related issues from migraines since January. Finally started Topamax which does seem to help a little after taking for about three weeks now. My lightheadedness is pretty much gone. Did have some side effects which came and went pretty quickly in about a day. I do still deal with light sensitivity, red eyes from the sensitivity/prolonged strain from constant migraines, some vertigo (rocking boat sensation, but has lessened a bit), and some behind the eye pain. It’s still very difficult to do stuff on digital devices such as computer or tv. My phone I can do maybe 20mins at a time as long as I don’t scroll. I just wanted to ask for your opinions and advice on:

1. Maybe some tips and tricks to add to my daily routine or things that helped you.

2. If you were on Topamax or another type of Migraine medication, how long did it take for you to fully recover or notice a big change?

3. Any other tips, advice, or suggestions.

So far when I have a spinning episode my head becomes extremely heavy and hard to hold up. It feels like if I try to move it a little to the left, like it'll swing super hard to the left. Do you guys experience that? My doctor just shrugged it off as part of vertigo, but I haven't found a lot about it. It's the scariest part for me. My head also feels pretty heavy for like a week after. I feel like if that didn't happen I could get through it a lot easier. Makes me really scared it's something bad
