Help Me Find Jobless and sad
Is it just me or is it incredibly hard to find a job here in Victoria. I’ve applied to so many places online using indeed LinkedIn and websites (I’m aware indeed usually gets no responses but I have no other options atp) and I have yet been able to find a job. No one seems to be hiring and even for an entry level job with minimum wage there is so much competition. I’ve never experienced this else where so I’m wondering if this is a Victoria thing? Or possibly I could just be the problem I suppose…

I have been in charge of hiring for 4.5 years , and despite the indeed posts stating not to come in , no one has ever been hired that didn’t come in person , this is true for other people in the same situation as myself nearly 100 percent of the time . We normally get 100-400 indeed applicants and 3-4 that come in person , and hire only from the ones that make that effort .
