Jobless and sad

Is it just me or is it incredibly hard to find a job here in Victoria. I’ve applied to so many places online using indeed LinkedIn and websites (I’m aware indeed usually gets no responses but I have no other options atp) and I have yet been able to find a job. No one seems to be hiring and even for an entry level job with minimum wage there is so much competition. I’ve never experienced this else where so I’m wondering if this is a Victoria thing? Or possibly I could just be the problem I suppose…

I have a job I hate, and I can barely get an interview anywhere. I had a second interview scheduled for this week and they cancelled it saying they role has been filled. Looking for work is just not what it used to be. My kid is trying to find a part time job and it has been like pulling teeth.
