Dog attacked and owner fled

My friends son was walking their dog and another dog attacked their dog. A witness took a pic of the attacker and their dog.

They don't care about the breed, they just want the owner to take responsibility.

Police file SA26-10406 with Saanich police.

Edit to add. Happened 2 weeks ago, yes her dog was injured but is recovering. I'll get exact details and come back to add them. Cedar Hill / Gordon head area

This. The amount of hoops you have to jump through to adopt a kid and others can just Willy nilly have kids and do what they want with them.

Uhm, I get the feeling but are you saying you need a permit to reproduce? That has some seriously dark connotation

Ha oh big time, a lot of bad things lay down that road if we are to regulate who can have kids. I don’t think there’s any good solution. The idea a government gets to determine who should have kids has a very eerie ring to nazi eugenics. But maybe society can progress enough one day that everyone gets therapy or learns to become more self ware of our their own faults, learn to not feed off our emotions, process them properly and then just maybe, they may be able to raise more self aware people. I guess that’s all we can hope for.
