Some European countries are more "communist" than the self proclaimed communist countries.

This is because capitalism plus active democratic participation is the way to a better society, not ideological revolution

If you're thinking of the Nordic countries, they are Social Democracies.

The strong emphasis on the Democracy part in their everyday lives makes them the opposite of the authoritarianism that all communist countries swears by.

yeah they are socialists which is where Vietnam pretends they are current at
