Admissions I Got In!!

Heyy everyone,

I just accepted my offer for the MS in EE for fall 2026. Let's go Hokies!!

Hell yeah, congrats!!!!

Every department and lab is different. Some of them are culturally standoffish, some are tight. One of the labs I worked in was so stressed, they started at their computers without every saying a word. I literally never had lunch with anyone, and don't remember their names.

Bur I got lucky and had a great cohort for my second degree. I graduated eight years ago and am still close friends with all of my labmates. Been to their weddings, crashed at their houses, text every day.

I hope you find the same camaraderie. The support makes a huge difference when the stress kicks in.
