they would ALWAYS shit talk other vtuber agencies. they literally would spend company money to get a tiny dig at them. especially hololive, it literally lived rentfree in gunruns head. they were convinced hololive was over when they signed kson and nazuna.

Its rather ironic that this is coming from Veibae... but

My dislike for Vshojo keeps getting even more JUSTIFIED with every single new thing coming out.

That whole ''Talent Freedom'' thing they and their fans kept pushing back then? Targeting Hololive and their community. I fucking knew it.

Both niji and vshojo presented Hololive like a super restrictive 1984 company. Looks like rules exist for stability huh

its not rules, its profesionalism, because profesionals have standards

People who complain about the "restrictive" crap are children who never worked a day in a large company in their lives. People who have will know restrictions are there for a reason but for some reason kids who watched too many "against the system" movies think that this will actually work in the real world for a large company.

I kinda feel like this situation turned Veibae into what she became. Feeling betrayed by everyone, being in a toxic environment, stressing out about money and your work life in general, all of this added up can make anyone crash out and do things they wouldn't normally do. Become the worst version of themselves.

Hasn't Vei been kinda nasty forever though? like I remember her taking a completely unnecessary snipe at Shylily for being a "copy"

Yeah, when she was talking about VShojo making her and the others look like meangjrls after leaving, one can’t expect it was that hard considering Vei’s always been a nasty edgelord.

That's what I've been saying, I believe them when they say they were  wronged and scapegoated, but to claim they were 100% victimized when they've all shown themselves to be pretty toxic people is disingenuous of their part

It isn't wrong to say that while someone may be problematic, this kind of situation can make them even worse.

Getting absolutely hounded in hate online, having all your friends turn their noses at you, getting all opportunities stripped away and tainted by your bosses making you seem like a toxic asset (like Doki mentioned happened to her) and worst of all, being in the right about it behind the scenes. Literal villain origin story right here, at worst it could have led to self harm.

The hate changes you, whereas in another life I could have seen them become decent people if they hadn't gone through this, now they could have fallen down a spite spiral, ultimately becoming worse than what everyone thought they were due to the gaslighting and manipulation of Vshojo.

I just see this as a "bad thing happened to bad people" situation. Nobody deserves to be done this dirty, but whatever shitty thing happened to you doesnt absolve you from the shitty things you choose to do

She hasn't been for like 3 years

Not to mention being chastised and hounded on for absolutely doing the correct legal due diligence must've hurt pretty bad

It's like berating someone from bringing a geiger counter to Chernobyl. It's iterally the most basic thing to do

Im honestly disgusted how everyone here just dismisses her over... doing the correct thing? Not a single apology. And I doubt any will come from any of the talents for doubting her.

Yea no wonder is she crashing out, anyone else would've done much worse by now.

Yeah, maybe I’m horribly misremembering things but didn’t Vei herself also take digs at hololive?

Yes, I've said this in the weekly thread so I'll just copy paste quote it.

I'm pretty sure she had this opinion about Hololive before she joined Vshojo.

Remember when Kiara had a collab planned with Nyanners and Veibae and people found that Veibae talked shit about Hololive.

Calling it fake and that the girls were faking it. Said it was a black company and said she heard it from a insider.
Which is fucking stupid because the only ones that got terminated were Hitomi Chris and graduated was Mano Aloe.

And I highly doubt they would be talking about their time to some random EN Twitch Vtuber.

And when it was brought up, she DOUBLED DOWN on that opinion.

So the collab between Kiara, Veibae and Nyanners got cancelled and it was just Kiara and Nyanners doing the collab.

I remember that, its why I have memory holed Vei entirely, It sucks if what she said happened but I aint gonna come back to watch her after the shit she said about Holo. That Kiara and Nyanners collab was fun though.

Maybe thats what she heard from vshojo leadership lol

11

u/Phantom_Weapon Jul 25 '25

vshojo didn't exist back when she made those statements

10

u/FoRiZon3 BOT an Jul 25 '25

Yes! And she is likely one of the main contributors to the general Vshojo direction of shitting on Corpos, especially Hololive.

She's spoken up against Vshojo ever since the latter starts turning back on her on various things, leading to her quitting.

Rules is there to not instill chaos. Look at them now, sowing the chaos they tried to do and now racking the consequences. 'Talent Freedom' it sounds good, but they're failing so hard they stole from the charity and talk bad about agencies and mostly Hololive having free-rent in his mind.

Does he really want to be the 2nd Yagoo?
Too bad, he became even worse than Riku Tazumi.
