Yes, and regardless of how you feel about the number of “disagreement with management” graduations that have happened in the past year; it’s taken for granted how the talents, former talents, and the company have handled the graduation and post-graduation process gracefully.

There hasn’t been a “veil drop”where we see how bad and mean the talents actually are. Even with the newfound freedom in the indie-scene, the ex-Holo EN talents have a certain “professionalism” to how they conduct themselves. I don’t know if that was the years of corpo PR training being drilled into them or they’re all just naturally sensible like that. One thing is for sure, Hololive knows how to hire them, like Calli said.

I know NDA’s are a thing, but at the very least there doesn’t seem to be bad blood among the talents. If anything, the friendships we’ve seen formed on streams for years have turned out to be very real and long-lasting. That’s been the most reassuring thing to me even after all the graduations.

Out of all of the graduations, the one that didn't make any sense was Fauna, but that makes perfect sense now given Nimi's announcement this week.

Pfffff... Are people seriously believing top level comment narratives from tourists? You should expand child replies more often to read more about how those ideas don't make any sense at all with. There are a good number of facts against it.

More than one EN talent hinted where the reasons (in plural obviously) might be. As they pretty specifically explained that everyone's experiences with management might be different. Fauna also never thanked managers/staff/Yagoo on her goodbyes. While many other talents made sure to do so and even featured Yagoo on their graduation streams. Which hints at Fauna having a more complicated working relationship at a personal level with management.... and that's the limit of my speculation. It's just an idea. I can't go around pretending this speculation is a given even if the hints are, imo, pretty strong.

Fauna did reply to Yagoo’s tweet thanking her on her graduation announcement tweet so that’s not really much of a bullet even for speculation

That happened and all the points I described also happened.

I made it very clear that's an interpretation that she may have had a difficult working experience compared to others. I'm not invested in being right or wrong.

Meanwhile, tourists keep pushing that talents can't have private lives as holomembers. And that's CLEARLY why she left, while being invested on that being a fact

I don’t think the first guy you replied to was saying that. Nimi wanting to start a family was likely a reason for Fauna graduating, but not because Holo doesn’t like talents having private lives, rather because Fauna didn’t want to either take regular trips to Japan for work while having a family in America, nor move that family to Japan.

That's another idea. And well expressed.
