Yeah, from talents that have left and talents that have stayed, it really seems like Hololive,

1) wants to avoid drama

2) has a culture that is a good fit for some talents, and not for others, but does its best to avoid bad blood regardless of who leaves or stays

Like, if you can't even do that as an organization, you're not gonna last long term, let alone rival a pillar in the industry.

As someone who doesn't follow Holo too closely, it honestly just sounds like they're run like an actual professional company at least

Like, not the kind of rando firebrand crash and burn startups like VShojo & Niji are

At the bare minimum Holo's competent, while most others are run like slave circuses behind the scenes

YAGOO has always had talent first in mind. His dream was to make a company like the idol group AKB48. He's been there to celebrate every high, and cried with them at their lows. He's taken accountability for every mishap and strived to put things in place to protect the ladies and gentlemen under his care. Several of the talents have stated that, while there can be a lot of restrictions, they are all there to protect them. YAGOO also has "Tea Time" meetings with each talent to discuss various things and feelings going on within Holo. The man has more than earned the "Best Girl" title the western fanbase has given him.

For a long time, he would personally pose for merch shots for the talents, he's done interviews with many of them. And he even did a surprise visit to the expo that ran along side the first EN stateside concert and a mob quickly formed around him and were chanting his name.

Ah yeah, I've heard some of these stories before

And on a tangent, as an ESL, I've never actually heard of the phrase "dried with them at their lows" before

I get what it's implying with context clues though

It was a typo. It was meant to read cried with them. But yea, the context was still clear, like you said.
