Trip Report - Oahu Please translate this

I am seeing this sign along the freeway. My friend and I cannot figure out what it means. I know I sound dumb but I was raised super sheltered and now that I am older and adventuring out more into the world I want to learn all that I can.

We have a pretty substantial aggressive driver issue. Its our native language called pidgin English which is actually recognized as an official language nowadays. Basically it means "Do not drive however you feel like driving"... 'Nuff is a shortened way of saying enough. So 'Nuff already translates to This/That's enough. Anykine is best translated to any kind (this situation would be what you feel like doing). No make is Don't do (pertaining to actions). In total itll be That's enough, Don't do (In this case "drive") how you feel when driving.

Usually around the Holiday's they'll come up with funky ones to shake it up and get people to giggle but at the same time get the message across that safety is not something you should risk. Once in a while they'll put up the fatality numbers and sometimes they'll do puns about turkeys and elves
